Well.. i dunno if tis works.. brian. u might wanna try tis website..

Its a freakin step by step in setting up a server it has a link to v.55 local host.. try tat.

Has Brian tried editing v55/v62 localhost himself? The last link I posted [the one you deemed useless] had instructions on how to edit a localhost to your preference; in this case, with a damage cap and cashshop. I guess this was one of the most obvious ways to go about getting a localhost and it..didn't work? o.o
