The Server

Hello, I am not sure if these are the main forums, but I cannot access the new "site" or "forum". I've tried to go on the site, "http://www.tranquilms.info/" and also "http://www.tranquilms.info/indexx.html". However, none of these sites are working for me, and I've tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer. What happens is that the browsers simply say that they cannot connect. I wasn't able to go online for a while, so I don't know what is up with the server. I tried running the game with the client I've had (the one from over a month ago I believe). Anyway, nothing seemed to work, and somehow I ran into this website off of google.

So, what happened to the server? Is it down for updates or something? Or can someone send me the links to the client download / website? It would be really appreciated, because I have no idea as to what is going on with this server.
